I am the manager of Área Central, a shopping centre with 32 years of experience in the sector. Throughout my career, I have held various roles, acquiring in-depth knowledge of all operational areas. This has allowed me to develop remarkable problem-solving and leadership skills, managing teams and optimising processes. My constant focus has been to improve the customer experience and increase the efficiency of the shopping centre. We are currently undertaking a renovation project of the mall, where our focus is the inclusion of outlets to improve the offer and attract more customers.
