His first steps were pictorial works on scraps of plywood, in the form of comic vignettes and with a strong critical charge. On those supports, Sátrapa rapped with paint without having a defined style.
This was a very intense period of great production in terms of works and, at the same time, with evident progress in the use of different pictorial techniques. This notorious evolution concluded with a leap from painting on panels and cardboard to the three dimensions of sculpture. It is here that the first androids appear by chance, provoking a revolution in the artist's universe. These events force him to make a decision and he creates the ANDROID FACTORY.
